The plat map available for this property as currently described in the legal description will be formalized at the time of closing.  This image is a semi-accurate representation of the property in its final legal description.


The current owners and their neighbor to the south are family members.  The joint use of the yard area to the south of the driveway and to the north of Tyler Lane is visible as a square section of grass surrounded by gravel/pavement in the aerial view.  However, this does not describe the current appearance of the property.  Since the property was listed for sale, the small driveway connecting the two driveways for the individual families has been removed and the gravel relocated to extend the size of the gravel pad next to the shed.
